When you schedule a consultation we start by identifying ways of improving the appeal of your home that will have home buyers saying "Wow!", "We'll buy it!" resulting in faster offers and maximizing the sales price of your home.
ABOUT THE OWNER
I grew up in Amarillo and spent over three decades designing children's tee shirts and selling wholesale to stores across the country. Upon returning to Amarillo a couple of years ago I found myself remodeling and staging homes to sell. The past three homes I have staged have sold quickly with the buyers insisting on purchasing the home and all of the decor - as one buyer put it, "I want everything! - including the toilet paper!"
I started getting requests from realtors and other home sellers to give their home a more proper presentation and here I am staging homes and loving the results!
